How does dry ice blasting work?
Dry ice pellets, made up from compressed liquid carbon dioxide (CO2) are blasted at high speed by compressed air through specialist dry ice machine and air gun. Upon impact, the dry ice pellets create a micro thermal shock (caused by extreme cold temperatures of -79 Degrees C). This energy transfer safely blasts removing any dirt and contaminates without any abrasion.
